What exactly is Yerly?+

Yerly is an AI assistant for your Google Business Profile. It reads your new reviews and drafts replies in your voice, prepares weekly Google posts, keeps your profile information healthy and shows you how customers find you. You stay in control: nothing is published until you approve it.

How long does setup take?+

About 5 minutes. You create an account, connect your Google Business Profile with a secure Google sign-in, answer 3 short questions about your business (tone, typical customer, what to highlight), and take a 1-minute guided tour. Yerly pulls in your reviews and data automatically.

Do I need any technical or marketing knowledge?+

No. Yerly was built for owners who run cafes, salons, clinics, workshops and shops, not for marketers. The agent tells you what matters today and prepares the work; you just read and tap approve.

Which types of businesses does Yerly work for?+

The AI agent and what it does

What does the Yerly Agent actually do every day?+

It scans your profile daily and puts the top 3 things that matter on your Today screen: unanswered reviews, a post gap, a missing profile field, a rating dip and so on. Each task comes with a one-tap workflow: the agent prepares the drafts and sends them to your Approval Center.

Who writes the replies, a human or AI?+

AI writes the drafts, in your tone and with your business details, and you (a human) approve every single one before it reaches Google. You can edit any draft before approving. That combination is what keeps replies fast and personal at the same time.

Will the replies sound robotic?+

No. You set a Business DNA once: your tone (warm, professional or playful), your typical customer, what you want highlighted and words you never want used. Every draft is written with that identity, addresses the customer by name, and mentions the specific things they wrote about.

What is Autopilot?+

With Autopilot on, new 3-5 star reviews get a reply draft prepared automatically, a weekly post draft is created if you haven't posted in 7 days, and you get an instant email if a 1-2 star review lands. Everything still waits for your approval before publishing.

Can I just chat with it?+

Safety and control

Can Yerly post something without my permission?+

No. This is the core rule of the product: every reply, post and profile change lands in your Approval Center first. You edit, approve, schedule or reject. Nothing goes live on Google without your explicit tap.

Is it against Google's rules to use AI for replies?+

No. Google allows businesses to use tools to manage their profile, and the replies you approve are your own official owner responses. What Google prohibits is fake or incentivized reviews, which Yerly never creates and its terms explicitly forbid.

How does the Google connection work? Do you see my password?+

You connect through Google's official secure sign-in (OAuth). Yerly never sees or stores your Google password. You can disconnect at any time from Yerly or directly from your Google account settings, and the access ends immediately.

What happens if I get a bad review?+

You get an instant email alert, and the agent prepares a calm, professional response draft that acknowledges the issue and moves the conversation offline. Replying well within the first 24 hours is one of the most effective ways to limit the damage of a bad review.

What is the ReviewGate and is it allowed?+

It's a short link or QR code you place at your counter or on receipts. Happy customers are taken straight to your Google review page in one tap; unhappy customers are first offered a private feedback form so you can fix the problem directly. It never blocks anyone from reviewing and never creates fake reviews.

Will Yerly get me to the top of Google Maps?+

What happens to my Google profile if I cancel?+

Nothing bad. Your profile, reviews and posts are yours and stay exactly as they are on Google. Yerly's access is revoked and your Yerly data is deleted according to the privacy policy.

Do you support more than one location?+

The product is built on a multi-location foundation and support for managing several locations under one account is coming. If you run multiple locations today, write to support@yerlyai.com and we'll set you up as it rolls out.

Data and privacy

Who owns my data?+

You do. Your reviews, posts and business information belong to you. Yerly only processes them to provide the service, never sells them, and deletes them when you delete your account.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is protected by authentication and rate limiting, and the full list of infrastructure providers is disclosed in the privacy policy. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Where can I read the legal details?+

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are linked in the footer of every page. They cover the Google connection authorization, subprocessors, data retention and your rights in plain language.
