Refund Policy

We want every business owner to feel confident using Yerly. This page explains when and how you can request a refund. Payments for Yerly are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe and decide Yerly is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first purchase, no questions asked. We will refund 100% of that initial charge to your original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Email us at support@yerlyai.com from the email address on your Yerly account, or request the refund directly through LemonSqueezy using the link on your receipt. Please include:

  • your account email;
  • the order ID from your LemonSqueezy receipt;
  • (optional) a short note on what didn’t work — your feedback helps us improve.

As LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record, the refund is issued by LemonSqueezy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. After the 7 days — cancellation

After the 7-day window, charges are non-refundable and we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods. However, you can cancel at any time to stop all future billing. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

4. EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Because Yerly is a digital service that starts immediately, by purchasing and beginning to use the Service you expressly request that we begin performance during the 14-day withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw while the service is still being provided, you may be charged for the portion already supplied. Your 7-day money-back guarantee above applies in addition to, and does not limit, your mandatory statutory rights.

5. Exceptions

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the first purchase (subject to your mandatory statutory rights).
  • Renewal charges, where you did not cancel before the renewal date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly every refund request quickly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
